Refund policy
RETURNS
All products are eligible for returns as long as they have not been opened and are in the same condition as when they were shipped.
Shipping and logistics costs are not eligible for returns.
The shipping and logistics cost for any order is $120.00 MXN, regardless of the amount listed next to "Shipping" in the confirmation email.
Return Process

The customer must notify their desire to return the purchased products by email at hola@cafesierramadre.mx. This notification must occur within the first 30 calendar days after the purchase payment.

The customer, following the provided instructions, must cover the shipping costs for the products to be returned.

Once the products are received, and only after verifying that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount.
EXCHANGES
All products are eligible for exchanges as long as they have not been opened and are in the same condition as when they were shipped.
Shipping and logistics costs are not eligible for exchanges.
Exchange Process

The customer must notify their desire to exchange the purchased products by email at hola@cafesierramadre.mx. This notification must occur within the first 30 calendar days after the purchase payment.
