The prices of products listed on this page are in Mexican Pesos, all prices include VAT, and are subject to change without prior notice.

While Café Sierra Madre makes every effort to provide the most accurate pricing and product information, typographical errors or pricing mistakes may occur. Café Sierra Madre reserves the right to modify prices at any time, even after an order has been placed. In case of an involuntary error in the price of a specific product, Café Sierra Madre reserves the right to deny or cancel any order placed for that product. If a product has typographical errors in its description, Café Sierra Madre may contact the customer to provide specific instructions, additional descriptions, or cancel the order and notify the customer about the situation. Prices and availability of products may change without prior notice.

To make transactions on this site, we accept bank deposits, PayPal, and payments at Farmacia del Ahorro.

All orders are subject to the review of data, prices, and availability of items, and based on this, the order will either be confirmed or canceled, and payment will be processed when a charge is made.

Once the purchase is completed and payment has been made, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

We do not handle deliveries under the "DELIVERY OCCURS" system directly, only deliveries to private addresses are validated and confirmed. Café Sierra Madre reserves the right to cancel the order when entered with these characteristics.

The introduction of false or incorrect data for the delivery of the order is the responsibility of the customer. In case this happens, the customer must assume the additional shipping costs resulting from the incident, or the order will be canceled without liability for Café Sierra Madre, and no refund will be issued.

Currently, we only handle orders within the Mexican Republic. Product delivery is done through ground shipping.

Café Sierra Madre does not assume responsibility in case of delivery delays caused by the shipping company, although it emphasizes that this company guarantees delivery for all shipments.

Café Sierra Madre reserves the right to use other means to deliver orders in case of any contingency.

If the ordered product becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the company's control, Café Sierra Madre will determine, together with the customer, how to conclude the purchase contract fairly, either by requesting a new product or by issuing a refund through a bank deposit. The shipping of the new product will be considered a new order and therefore will take an additional 6 days to be delivered, and refunds will be made within a maximum of 15 days.
